Financial Arrangements

In addition to making your dental experience comfortable, we work skillfully to make financing comfortable. We accept cash, all major credit cards, as well as personal checks. We are not affiliated with any insurance plans. Full payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we  will gladly  electronically submit your insurance claim for a speedy reimbursement.

We are pleased to offer several financing options: Care Credit and Chase Health Advance to our patients. Both are convenient, no initial payment, low monthly financing plan for dental treatments of $300 to $25,000. Cancellation  Policy

We do not double book appointments. Your appointment with Dr. Brand is your special reserved time. Therefore we reserve the right to charge full fees for same day cancellation of appointments. 
There is a nominal fee of $205 if less than 48 hours notice is given for any cancellation.


Enlightened Dentistry Day

Enlightened Dentistry Day was created to assist those who have extreme financial hardship and documented mercury toxicity related symptoms. It is on  the first Monday of each month and permits a reduced fee on holistic dental services. If you feel that you need to apply for this service, please call our office for further information.
